1. Services:

   - Isabelle McLeod Aesthetics provides skincare and beauty services, including but not limited to facials, massages, and waxing.

   - All services are subject to availability and appointment scheduling.

2. Appointment Booking:

   - To book an appointment, you must provide accurate and complete information, including your name, contact details, and any relevant medical information.

   - Appointments can be made through our website, phone, or in-person.

   - We reserve the right to refuse or cancel appointments at our discretion.

3. Cancellation and Rescheduling:

   - If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please provide at least 48 hours' notice.

   - Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a cancellation fee or loss of any prepaid services.

   - In the event of unforeseen circumstances or emergencies, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss rescheduling options.

-  Should you not meet the 48 hour guideline you would be charged 100% of the service fee. No exceptions can be made.

4. Payments and Refunds:

   - Payment for services is due at the time of the appointment, unless otherwise agreed upon.

   - We accept cash, credit/debit cards, or other forms of payment as specified.

   - Refunds for services rendered are at the discretion of Isabelle McLeod Aesthetics and will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

5. Client Responsibilities:

   - Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information about their health, allergies, medications, and any other relevant details that may affect the services provided.

   - Clients must follow any pre-appointment instructions provided by Isabelle McLeod Aesthetics to ensure the best possible outcome and safety.

6. Liability:

   - Isabelle McLeod Aesthetics and its staff will take reasonable care to provide services in a professional and safe manner.

   - Clients acknowledge that there are inherent risks associated with skincare and beauty services and agree to release Isabelle McLeod Aesthetics from any liability for any injuries, damages, or losses that may occur during or as a result of the services provided.

7. Intellectual Property:

   - All content, including but not limited to logos, images, text, and designs, on the Isabelle McLeod Aesthetics website and social media platforms are the property of Isabelle McLeod Aesthetics and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

   - You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without prior written permission from Isabelle McLeod Aesthetics.

8. Governing Law:
